湿法焊接的焊枪高度控制

摘    要:海洋及湖泊港口工程的大量出现对水下焊接自动化技术提出了新的迫切要求.利用旋转电弧传感器,开展了水下湿法药芯焊丝电弧焊(FCAW)的V型坡口焊缝跟踪研究.通过试验阐明了气体保护电弧焊中,焊枪高度和焊接电流之间的对应变化关系.介绍了湿法焊接试验中针对焊接电流所采用的处理方法,给出了一种有效的焊枪高度复合控制算法,它结合了bang_bang控制和带阈值的变参数PI控制.试验结果证明此法具有良好的可靠性和稳定性,达到了预期的目的.
