| 摘 要： | 克拉玛依石化公司1.5Mt/a延迟焦化装置以稠油为原料，采用原油直接开工方案，在多次开工操作中成功应用。结果表明，应用该方案可以节省蜡油（柴油）500t，缩短开工时间23h，而且实现了零污油排放，是一项节能、环保型开工方案。

| Abstract: | The startup of a 1.5 Mt/a delayed coking unit using viscous crude oil as feed was performed twice in the Karamay Petrochemical Company successfully. The operation results showed that this startup was an energy saving and environmental friendly operation scheme, e.g. the startup time was 23h shorter than that of usual startup, 500t of gas oil was saved and zero waste-oil discharge was realized. |
