摘    要:云雾控制系统是直升机防除冰试验中最重要的系统之一,其性能好坏、控制精度准确与否直接关系着直升机防/除冰试验的成败.重点介绍了一种直升机防/除冰试验云雾控制技术,阐述了云雾参数控制的指标、控制原理;然后介绍了云雾控制系统软硬件设计;最后说明了本次控制的先进之处,采取各路水路进行单独PID控制方式,消除每路由于水路带来的重力压差问题,通过水路气路在结构上和设计上独自分开控制,解决水气压力相互耦合的问题,最终实现了水气压力值的精准控制和中等结冰模拟云雾状态环境.

Abstract:Icing fog control system is one of the most important systems for helicopter anti-icing test.The performance and precision are the keys for the test result.A kind of control technology of icing fog parameter for helicopter anti-icing and deicing test is introduced.Firstly,index and control principle of icing fog parameters are explained.Then the software and hardware designs are discussed in detail.Afterwards advanced natures of this control are put forward,and PID is used to control the water route respecively to eliminite the difference pressure of water weight.By separating the air and water,the couplings problem of the water and air pressures is solved.Finally,the extract control of water and air pressure and the moderate simulating icing fog environment are completed.
