基于滑模控制算法的复卷机张力控制系统设计

摘    要:目的为了改善造纸行业中复卷机张力控制系统的控制性能,提高产品的质量和可靠性,同时消除传统趋近律方法的抖振现象。方法提出一种改进的自适应趋近律方法,并在此基础上提出一种基于滑模控制算法的复卷机张力控制系统。结果通过仿真结果比较分析,与传统PID控制算法相比,文中所提滑模控制算法具有更好的动态性能。结论该算法具有较快的动态响应速度和较强的抗扰动能力。

Abstract:The work aims to improve the control performance of tension control system of rewinder in the papermaking industry and the product quality and reliability, and eliminate the chattering phenomenon of traditional reaching law method. An improved adaptive reaching law method was proposed, based on which a rewinder tension control system based on sliding-model control algorithm was put forward. Compared with traditional PID control algorithm, the comparative analysis on the simulation results showed that the proposed sliding-model control algorithm had better dynamic property. Such algorithm has a lot of good control advantages, such as fast dynamic response and strong anti-disturbance capability.
