摘    要:我国乙二醇缺口量大,传统石油路线生产不足,为煤制乙二醇的发展奠定了市场基础,同时煤制乙二醇符合国家煤炭清洁利用政策,其发展前景得到广泛关注。本文从我国乙二醇供需情况以及生产布局分析了我国煤制乙二醇的现状,重点对不同路线生产的乙二醇进行了成本对比分析,结果表明煤制乙二醇路线成本低于乙烯路线,高于乙烷路线。认为煤制乙二醇是将来乙二醇扩能的主要方式,同时煤制乙二醇在低油价下具有竞争力,具有广阔发展前景。

Abstract:China"s ethylene glycol has large gap, the traditional petroleum route production is insufficient, which laid a market foundation for the development of coal-based ethylene glycol. At the same time, the coal-based route conforms to the national policy about the clean utilization of coal is widely concerned. This paper analyzes the present situation of the coal-based ethylene glycol in China from the supply and demand and layout, and the cost comparison analysis of ethylene glycol from different routes is focus. The results show that the cost of the coal preparation ethylene glycol route is lower than the ethylene route, higher than the ethane route. It is considered that the coal-based route is the main way to expand the capacity in the future while the coal-based route is still competitive under low oil price, so it has broad prospects for development.
