薏仁谷初加工产品重金属增量污染剖析

摘    要:对产自贵州的小粒薏仁谷和老挝的大粒薏仁谷及其初加工产品中重金属含量进行检测及对比。结果表明,薏仁谷初加工产品的重金属污染增幅较大。经单项污染指数评价,薏仁谷及初加工产品中As、Pb、Cd和Hg除小薏仁糠Pb外均低于0.7,属于无污染范围;Cu、Zn和Mn在薏仁糠中则存在一定污染,小粒薏仁糠分别为1.03、2.22和1.72,大粒薏仁糠分别为0.58、6.88和3.46;薏仁谷及初加工产品中Fe污染较为严重,小粒和大粒薏仁谷及其初加工产品的单项污染指数均大于1(1.22~21.76)。从初加工产品看,薏仁精米的8种重金属检出值较低,但薏仁糠污染较重,8个重金属元素的检出值均较高,其深加工产品存一定安全隐患。

Analysis of Incremental Heavy Metal Pollution inInitially processed Production of Coix Seed
Abstract:The amounts of heavy metals in shortgrained coix seed from Guizhou, macroaggregated coix seed from Laos and their initially processed products were detected and compared. The results showed that the incremental amount of heavy metal pollution in the initially processed products of coix seed were comparatively large. Through single pollution index evaluation, the indices of As, Pb, Cd and Hg were lower than 0.7 in coix seed and its initially processed products and were within non-pollution range except Pb in shortgrained coix bran. There were certain levels of pollution of Cu, Zn and Mn in coix seed bran. The indexes were 1.03, 2.22 and 1.72 in shortgrained coix seed bran and 0.58, 6.88 and 3.46 in macroaggregated coix seed bran. The pollution of Fe was relatively serious in coix seed and its initially processed products. The index in shortgrained coix seed, macroaggregated coix seed and their initially processed products were all greater than 1(1.22~21.76). From the perspective of initially processed products, the detection value of 8 heavy metals in polished rice were comparatively low. However, the pollution in coix seed bran was relatively heavy and the detection value of 8 heavy metals were comparatively high. There was potential safety problem in its deep processing products.
