数字化舵机频率特性测试方法与实现

摘    要:为了提高数字舵机频率特性测试的效率,并节省专用测试设备的购置费,提出了一种基于线性调频Chirp信号的频率特性测试方法.该方法充分利用舵机系统现有的硬件资源,通过增加软件扫频程序,实现频率特性的自动测试.搭建测试验证环境对测试准确性进行了验证.结果表明软件扫频法具有与频响分析仪相同的测试精度,适合数字舵机频率特性的快速测试.

Abstract:In order to improve the efficiency of the frequency characteristic testing of the digital electromechanical actuator,and save the purchase cost of special test equipment,a frequency characteristic test method based on Chirp signal is proposed.The method makes full use of the existing hardware resources of the servo system,and realizes the automatic testing of frequency characteristic by adding the software sweeping frequency program.A test verification environment is built to verify the test accuracy.The results show that the software frequency sweeping method has the same test precision as the frequency response analyzer,it is suitable for rapid testing of digital servo frequency characteristics.
