| 摘 要： | 介绍了废黄河流域的概况,并分析了该流域滩地资源的利用状况及存在的主要问题。着重探讨了滩地资源的开发利用方式,即按功能分区开发利用:水域水产开发区、农业耕作开发区、经济园林开发区、生态保护开发区。最终共同实现经济效益、社会效益和生态效益。

| Abstract: | In this paper,the general situation of the area along the abandoned channel of the Yellow River is introduced,the present situation of utilizing and relative problems of the bench land are analyzed,especially the utilizing model of the resources development is discussed,such as dividing the bench land according to the different functions.This area will attain to the harmonization among economic,social and environmental objectives. |
