| 摘 要： | 通过对建筑市场失信行为带来的严重后果及产生失信行为的原因进行剖析，指出了国家在建筑市场领域建立并进行信用体系管理的重要性，并提出了信用体系建设的整体框架，以推动和加快信用建设步伐。

| Abstract: | According to the serious results caused by the discreditable behaviors in the architectural market and the analysis of reasons for these discreditable behaviors,the paper points out the importance of establishing and undertaking the credit system management in the architectural market in the country,and illustrates the general structure of the construction the credit system,so as to promote and accelerate the credit construction. |
