大掺量粉煤灰高强混凝土研究

摘    要:试验探讨了粉煤灰掺量、水胶比和胶凝材料用量等因素对大掺量粉煤灰混凝土的表观密度、流动性和抗压强度的影响。粉煤灰掺量分别为50%、60%和70%,水皎比分别为0.3、0.25和0.2。试验结果表明:在低水胶比条件下,超细粉煤灰的密实填充作用效果更显著;以0.2的水胶比,600kg/m。的胶凝材料用量,可以配制出粉煤灰掺量为50%,28d抗压强度在80MPa以上,且具有较高的劈拉强度和弹性模量的大掺量粉煤灰高强混凝土。

Abstract:This paper mainly studies on effects of fly ash, water binder ratio and cementitious materials to the properties of concrete with a large amount of fly ash. The parameters studied include bulk density, mobility and compressive strength. The content of fly ash are 50%, 60%, 70%, and the water binder ratio(w/B) are 0.3, 0.25, 0.2, respectively. The results show that, when the w/B ratio decreases to some extent, the micro-aggregates effect is fully played. And a concrete with compressive strength of 80MPa at 28d could be obtained with a w/B ratio of 0.2, cementitious materials of 600kg/m~3 and fly ash content of 50%.
