| 摘 要： | 本文首先简单介绍了电子邮件（Ｅｍａｌｌ）的模式及信息格式；接着又介绍了简单邮件传输协议（ＳＭＴＰ）并给出文中需要用到的ＳＭＴＰ命令的详细解释；最后通过一个ＶＢ程序实例，给出了电子邮件发送程序的具体实现过程。
