摘    要:电力短缺是制约中国经济快速发展和建设和谐社会的瓶颈问题。发展大容量高效率超超临界火电机组是解决国内电力短缺和优化电源结构的最重要措施。高级锅炉管材料是制约超超临界火电机组建造和形成自主知识产权的重要问题之一。严重威胁国家的能源安全和经济安全。中国已具备开展高级锅炉管材料国产化的技术准备和设备条件.相信在国家的支持下可在3~5年内实现高级锅炉管的国产化。并形成自主知识产权.保证国家的能源和经济安全。

Abstract:Electric power shortage has been a critical issue for the rapid and smooth development of chinese society.To build large ultra super-critical(USC) fossil fuel power plants with higher thermal efficiency and less harmful emission is the most important approach to fill the electrical power shortage and to optimize the national electrical sources.The biggest challenge to build such a USC power plant lies in the fact of unavailability of high quality boiler tubes and pipes technically in the country now,which directly undermines national energy and economical security.At present,China is technically and industrially ready to develop its own high quality boiler tubes and pipes,as long as the government makes its decision and provides necessary financial support.Within the period of three to five years,Chinese steel makers must be able to produce high quality USC boiler tubes and pipes and to ensure national security economically.
