冷喷涂表面技术沉积机理及其应用关键技术研究

摘    要:目的 为了在金属新材料、材料表面改性、纳米涂层、增材制造、稀土高值利用等研究领域形成自身特色,拓展冷喷涂技术应用范围,使冷喷涂涂层、修复层和增材构件得到更广泛的应用。方法 在研究了进口冷喷涂系统设计原理和材料学的基础上,分析了冷喷涂沉积机理,研发了多种具有独特性能的新型冷喷涂涂层制备关键技术。结果 已研发了Cu-Fe原位合金箔材冷喷涂制备技术、新型Cu-Fe合金导热导磁涂层冷喷涂制备技术、Cu/Fe复合材料/零部件冷喷涂制备技术、氧化镧掺杂铝/纳米TiO2复合功能涂层冷喷涂制备技术。结论 通过冷喷涂技术可获得均匀致密且无氧化物的涂层,几乎适用于所有金属及其合金的沉积成膜、零部件修复、增材制造等,同时也适用于多种陶瓷涂层、有机聚合物涂层、复合涂层和纳米涂层的制备,已成为研发非晶、纳米和新型复合材料涂层的有效手段。

Abstract:Purpose In order to form its own characteristics in the research fields of new metal materials, material surface modification, nano-coating, additive manufacturing, and high-value use of rare earths, expand the application range of cold spray technology, and promote cold spray coatings, repair layers and Additive components are more widely used. Methods Based on the research of imported cold spray system design principles and material science, the deposition mechanism of cold spray system was analyzed, and a variety of key technologies for the preparation of new cold spray coatings with unique properties were explored and developed. Result Cold spray preparation technology of Cu-Fe in-situ alloy foil, new Cu-Fe alloy thermal and magnetic coating, Cu/Fe composite material/parts, lanthanum oxide doped aluminum/nano-TiO2 composite functional coatings technologies have been developed. Conclusion Cold spraying technology can obtain uniform, dense and oxide-free coating, which is suitable for deposition film formation of all metals and their alloys, repair of parts, and additive manufacturing. It is also suitable for a variety of ceramic coatings and organic coatings. The preparation of polymer coatings, composite coatings and nano-coatings has become an effective means for the research and development of amorphous, nano- and new-type composite coatings.
