摘    要:为提高无线数据传输的实时性和稳定性,增强系统维护的便利性和系统改造的灵活性,结合晋银尾矿库的实际情况,设计一套基于无线通信的尾矿库在线安全监测系统。确定七项在线监测指标及其对应各监测点的平面布置图;基于无线数传电台和无线网桥,构建尾矿库在线安全监测系统和各监测子系统的硬件拓扑结构;根据数据采集的控制要求,设计采集器的硬件电路;最后给出系统数据采集的实现流程。本方案简单易行、维护方便,对尾矿库的高效管理有一定的借鉴意义。

Abstract:In order to improve the real-time and stability of wireless data transmission, enhance the convenience of system maintenance and the flexibility of system transformation, a wireless communication-based tailing pond online safety monitoring system was designed based on the actual situation of Jinyin tailing pond. The seven online monitoring indicators and their corresponding plan layout of each monitoring point were determined. The hardware topology of the tailing pond online safety monitoring system and each monitoring subsystem was constructed based on wireless digital radio and wireless bridge. According to the control requirements of data acquisition, the hardware circuit of the collector was designed. Finally, the implementation flow of system data acquisition was given. This solution is simple, easy to implement and maintain, and has some significance for the efficient management of tailings ponds.
