摘    要:矿山数字化转型是行业大势所趋,也是矿山企业发展的目标和必由之路。分析了当前数字化转型的背景和国内外矿山企业发展现状,介绍了宜春钽铌矿有限公司数字化转型的成功经验,以“矿石流”为主线,从通信网络建设、数据中心建设、资源储量建模、生产调度、装备升级改造、生产过程控制、信息化管理软件等多方面数字化建设实践出发,总结建设思路、建设目标、建设实效和存在的问题,提出可行性建议,为同行业露天矿山数字化建设提供借鉴。

Abstract:The digital transformation of mine is the general trend of the industry, and it is also the goal and the only way for the development of mining enterprises. This paper analyzed the background of the current digital transformation and the development status of mining enterprises at home and abroad, and introduced the "ore flow" as the main line of Yichun Tantalum-Niobium Mine Co., Ltd. The problems, construction ideas, construction objectives and practical effects in the digital construction of communication network construction, data center construction, resource reserve modeling, production scheduling, equipment upgrading and transformation, production process control, information management software and other aspects can be used for reference for the digital construction of open-pit mines in the same industry.
