光纤光栅制作方法及传感应用

摘    要:详细阐述了光纤光栅常用的几种制备方法,包括紫外激光曝光法、CO2激光照射法、电弧放电法和飞秒激光法等,并分析比较了各种方法的适用性和局限性。系统综述了光纤光栅在传感领域的应用,讨论了光纤光栅温度、应力、弯曲、压力、扭曲以及生化等几种典型的传感器。最后,对光纤光栅传感技术的发展进行了总结和展望。

Abstract:In this paper, several commonly used fabrication methods of fiber grating are described in detail, such as the ultraviolet laser exposure method, CO2 laser irradiation method, arc discharge method, femtosecond laser method and so on. The applicability and limitations of these methods are compared and analyzed. The applications of fiber grating in the field of sensing are systematically reviewed, and some typical sensors based on fiber gratings are discussed, such as temperature, stress, bending, pressure, twisting and biochemical sensors. Finally, the developments of fiber optic sensing technology are summarized and discussed.
