减水剂对全尾砂胶结膏体充填料浆中粉状组成分散程度的试验研究

摘    要:针对减水剂对全尾砂胶结膏体充填料浆中粉状组成的分散程度进行了试验研究,试验中选择了五种粉状组成(水泥、矿渣粉、粉煤灰、石灰石粉和尾砂粉)和四种减水剂(聚羧酸系、萘系、氨基系和脂肪族系)作为研究对象,采用浆体流动度试验测定了五种粉状组成的浆体流动度分别随四种减水剂掺量增加的变化规律。试验结果表明:对于水泥、矿渣粉和粉煤灰浆体,聚羧酸系高效减水剂是分散效果最好的减水剂;对于石灰石粉和尾砂粉浆体,脂肪族高效减水剂是分散效果最好的减水剂。由于脂肪族高效减水剂的单价约为聚羧酸系高效减水剂单价的1/4,结论是脂肪族高效减水剂将是制备全尾砂胶结膏体充填材料的性价比最高的减水剂。

Comparative experimental study on the adaptability between water-reducing agent and powdered composition in total tailings cemented paste backfill

Abstract:Experimental study on the degree of dispersing powdered compositions in total tailings cemented paste backfill slurry by adding water-reducing agents was carried on. Five types of powdered compositions (i.e. cement, slag powder, fly-ash, limestone powder and tailings powder) and four types of water-reducing agents (i.e. polycarboxylate , naphthalene formaldehyde, sulfamate and aliphatic water reducer ) were selected in this experimental study. The relationships between the paste fluidity of powdered composition and amount of water-reducing agent were measured by flow test of paste. The results showed that the dispersion effect of polycarboxylate water reducer was best when the paste of cement or slag powder or fly-ash was dispersed by adding water-reducing agent, and the dispersion effect of aliphatic water-reducer agent was best when the paste of limestone powder or tailings powder was dispersed by adding water-reducing agent, and the unit price of aliphatic water-reducer agent is about quarter of the unit price of polycarboxylate water reducer. This is a conclusion that aliphatic water-reducer will be water-reducing agent with maximum ratio of performance and price in producing total tailings cemented paste backfill.
