摘    要:以SiO_2粉、Al_2O_3粉、MgO粉为原料,Fe_2O_3、FeCl_3和Fe_2(NO_3)_3为外加剂,在空气气氛下经1400℃3 h烧成制备堇青石蜂窝陶瓷,研究以不同铁源做外加剂对堇青石蜂窝陶瓷的物相组成、显微结构和孔径分布的影响。采用XRD和SEM对烧成后试样进行物相组成分析和显微结构检测。结果表明:Fe_2O_3作为外加剂时,堇青石晶粒呈短柱状且排布方向一致,并且显微结构中有少量的微裂纹,孔径在5μm处出现分布峰值;而FeCl_3和Fe_2(NO_3)_3为外加剂时,显微结构中熔融相较多,堇青石颗粒部分呈短柱状,且部分晶粒排布方向不一致。

Abstract:Cordierite honeycomb ceramics were prepared by using SiO2,Al2O3 and MgO powder as raw materials,and Fe2O3,FeCl3 and Fe2(NO3)3 were used as additives.The cordierite honeycomb ceramics were fired at 1400℃for 3h,and the effects of different iron sources as additives on the phase composition,microstructure and pore size distribution of cordierite honeycomb ceramics were studied.The results show that cordierite grains are short columnar shape and arranged in the same direction with Fe2O3 additive,and a few microcracks are observed in the microstructure,the pore size distribution is concentrated in the vicinity of 5 jjim.The cordierite grains are wrapped by molten phase and arranged in the different direction with FeCl3 and Fe2(N03)3.
