摘    要:介绍了一种电力监控系统智能三相电力监控仪表的设计方案,叙述了监控仪表的总体结构,给出了信号调理电路、开关量输入/输出电路和通信接口电路的设计方案,并说明了监控仪表的硬件配置图、监控界面和典型的应用电路。监控仪表以32位ARM处理器MB9BF218为控制核心,以ATT7022D为测量元件,实现了对电压、电流、频率、功率因数、有功功率、无功功率等三相电力参数的测量,具有RS485和以太网RJ45两种通信接口,可以方便地与其它设备一起构成电力监控系统。该监控仪表置具有功能完善、高性价比、高可靠性的特点,具有一定的应用价值。

Design of Intelligent Three-phase Power Monitoring Instrument Based on ARM
Abstract:The design of intelligent three-phase power monitoring instrument for power monitoring system is introduced in this paper, the overall structure, the schematic diagrams of signal modulated circuit, switch signal input/output, and communication interface are given, and the hardware configuration, the monitoring interface and the typical application circuit are also introduced in this paper. The 32-bit ARM processor MB9BF218 is used as a core component in this device, and the ATT7022D is used as the measuring units, it could realize the measurement of voltage, current, frequency, power factor, active power and reactive power. The device has two communication interfaces, which are RS485 and Ethernet RJ45, and it could constitute power monitoring system easily together with other instruments. The monitoring instrument has the features of perfect function, cost-effective and high reliability, and it has the certain application value.
