水泥窑协同处置腐殖土对水泥性能影响的模拟研究

摘    要:以填埋场陈腐垃圾中的腐殖土作为研究对象,探究其作为水泥窑替代原料的潜力及腐殖土掺入对水泥性能的影响。在400℃、600℃、800℃3个温度梯度和20 min、30 min、40 min 3个时间梯度下分别对腐殖土进行热脱附预处理,结果表明600℃和800℃热脱附条件下腐殖土中多数重金属和氯离子(Cl^-)有较好的脱除效果,但随脱附时间延长部分重金属富集,而Cl^-的去除率明显升高。将腐殖土参与水泥配料,结合《水泥窑协同处置固废环保技术规范》(HJ662-2013),在600℃30 min条件下,腐殖土可以达到13%的最大替代潜力。在此基础上对掺入(0%、3%、6%、9%、13%)腐殖土的水泥性能进行分析,结果表明各掺入比的熟料及水泥的各项性能均符合相关标准要求,且掺入腐殖土后水泥强度明显提高,最高可满足52. 5标号硅酸盐水泥的强度要求。

Abstract:In order to explore replacement potential for humus soil was used as one of the raw materials for cement kiln and the effect of cement performance after adding humus soil.In this study,the humus soil in landfill soil was taken as the research object.It is subjected to thermal desorption pretreatment of humus soil at three temperature gradients of 400℃,600℃,800℃and three time gradients 20 min,30 min,and 40 min.To be analyzed chemical characteristics for humus soil after thermal desorption treatment.The results show that the most of the heavy metals and chloride ions have a good removal effect after thermal desorption conditions at 600 and 800.However,the enrichment of most of heavy metals occur with the thermal desorption time growing longer.With the increase of temperature and time of thermal desorption,the removal rate of chloride ions is on the rise.The humus soil is used as one of the raw materials for cement kiln to participate in burden calculation.And combine with the’’Environmental protection technical specification for co-processing of solid wastes in cement kiln"(HJ662-2013).Humus soil can achieve the greatest replacement potential with 13%replacement amount at thermal desorption condition of 600℃ for 30 min.The performance of different cement products is analyzed with 0%,3%,6%,9%,and 13%ratios of incorporation of humus soil after thermal desorption treatment.All of the performances indexes of cement and clinker are qualified relevant standards at different mixing ratios.In addition,the strength of cement increases significantly after incorporation with humus soil.The highest strength levels can be achieved at 52.5 grade of portland cement.
