摘    要:为了研究玄武岩纤维三向织物及其增强水泥基复合材料的力学性能,采用手工编织玄武岩纤维的三向交织结构织物,并对该三向织物的顶破性能及其增强水泥基复合材料弯曲性能进行测试,结果表明:三向织物在持续承受顶破力时,各个方向荷载受力均匀,形状稳定性好;三向织物的顶破峰值应力相比二向织物提高了2. 7倍,其耐顶破性能更好;复合材料板承受最大弯曲载荷相比素混凝土提高了3倍,在复合区域承力阶段表现出由于增强体三向织物的存在,应力集中现象减弱,三向织物与水泥基体的界面黏结性能优异。

Abstract:In order to study the mechanical properties of basalt fiber triaxial fabrics and their reinforced cement matrix composites,a three-way interwoven structure fabric of hand-woven basalt fibers was used,and the bursting properties of the triaxial fabrics and the bending properties of the cement-based composites were improved.The test results show that when the triaxial fabric continues to withstand the bursting force,the load in all directions is even and the shape stability is good;the peak breaking stress of triaxial fabric is 2.7 times higher than that of the biaxial fabric,and its resistance to bursting is better;the composite sheet is subjected to a maximum bending load of 3 times compared to plain concrete.In the composite region bearing stage,due to the presence of a reinforcement triaxial fabric,the stress concentration phenomenon is weakened,and the interface between the triaxial fabric and the cement matrix is excellent in bonding performance.
