摘    要:铜兴矿业经过多年开采之后,出现了“采空区多、漏风量大”等不利因素,这些不利因素严重影响矿山安全生产。对于这样的矿山,今后可开采的矿产资源有限,从经济上不宜大规模投资建设新的通风系统,通风系统改造方案应具备良好的经济性。本文针对此类问题,借助Ventsim系统构建真三维立体通风系统,并且在系统中模拟矿山的采空区漏风,利用Ventsim系统的可视化效果,解算出矿山通风的重要数据,减少了人工耗时费力,同时提高矿山的安全管理水平和经济效益。

Research of Old Mine Ventilation System Transformation Based on Ventsim

Abstract:After many years of exploitation, Tong Xing mine where has been formed a lot of mined-out areas, air leakage quantity is large, those negative factors seriously affect the safety of mine. For this kind mine, the recoverable resources is limited, it is not suitable to build extensive new ventilation system, so the ventilation system transformation plan should be highest economy. For such problems, we set up a 3D ventilation system base on Ventism. In this system, we can simulate air leakage of mined-out areas and get many important data. The practice showed that Ventsim 3D ventilation simulation system could meet the requirement of mine managing. Researches of ventilation system design which accomplished by 3D-simulating, its ventilation effectiveness and desired results are achieved. And it is significant to improve safety management level of mine and increase economic efficiency.
