摘    要:SO2还原浸出过程是赤铁矿法炼锌的重要工序,研究了SO2还原浸出过程中锌、铁、铜、砷、硅等元素的行为。结果显示,在110℃、终酸30g/L的条件下浸出2h,锌浸出率可达95%,并获得一种适合铜铅熔炼的浸出渣。

Abstract:SO2 reduction leaching process is an important process in hematite zinc smelting process.Behaviors of elements such as zinc,iron,copper,arsenic and silicon during SO2 reduction leaching were studied.The results show that zinc leaching rate is 97%and leaching slag suitable for copper lead smelting is obtained under the conditions including leaching temperature of 110℃,terminal acid concentration of 30 g/L,and leaching time of 2 h.
