基于物联网技术的电弧炉无线测温系统设计

摘    要:针对目前钢铁厂温度采集系统对温度进行精准测量、多点采集和无线传输的需求,提出了基于物联网技术的电弧炉无线测温系统。系统以QRF0600无线射频收发模块和单片机Atmega128a、PIC16F648A为核心,采用单总线数字式温度传感器DS18B20进行准确测温,将采集的温度发送至温度监测仪进行温度实时显示,监测仪将收到的数据发送给上位机以实现数据的存储、查询、显示等功能。实践结果表明该系统具有测温节点功耗低、可靠性高、易于扩展、用户界面操作简单等优点。

Design of Electric Arc Furnace of Wireless Temperature Measuring System Based on Internet of Things
Abstract:For the needs of accurate measurement, multipoint collection and wireless transmission of current temperature collection system on temperature in iron and steel plant, proposes the wireless temperature measurement system of electric arc furnace based on the technology of the internet of things. The system takes QRF0600 wireless radio frequency transceiver and single chip Atmega128a and PIC16F648A as the core, adopts uni-bus digital temperature sensor DS18B20 for accurate temperature measurement and sends the collected temperature to the temperature detector to display the temperature in real-time. Finally, the detector sends the received data to the host computer to realize the storage, inquiry, display and other functions of data. This system equips with advantages of low power dissipation of temperature measuring node, high dependability, easy expansion, operable user interface, etc.
