摘    要:针对工业现场存在多种变送输出信号需同时显示的问题,为简化及更好地管理现场显示装置,设计了一种适用于多变送输出场合的智能现场显示仪。采用STC12C5A60S2单片机作为核心控制器,设计了大尺寸LED数码管的驱动电路,利用RCV420完成4-20mA变送信号的电流/电压转换,通过仪表专用模数转换器MAX1272实现对电压信号的采集;重点阐述了参数标定、线性修正以及RS232通讯模块的软件实现方法。用户可根据现场环境的不同利用红外遥控器配置仪表参数,操作简单、成本低、安装方便以及可靠性稳定性高。

The Design of Intelligent Industrial Field Display Based on STC Series Microcontroller
Abstract:In view of various transmitter output signal that needs to display at the same time in the industrial field, and in order to simplify and manage field display device better, a kind of intelligent industrial field display is introduced. It is applicable to a variety of transmitter output signal. STC12C5A60S2 single-chip microcomputer is used as the core controller. The drive circuit of large size LED nixie tube is designed. RCV420 is used to complete the current/voltage conversion of 4-20 mA analog signal. The instrument dedicated ADC MAX1272 is applied to complete the voltage signal acquisition. The software implementation method of the parameter calibration, linear correction and RS232 communication module is represented in detail. The user can achieve the infrared remote control operation according to the different environment configuration parameters. The display is simple operation, low cost, convenient installation and high stability reliability.
