摘    要:针对传统捷联式惯性测量系统存在积累误差导致滚转角测试误差较大的问题,设计一种新型的基于纯地磁场信息的滚转角磁测系统。该系统以磁测姿态原理为基础,以嵌入式微控制器STM32F415为控制、解算核心实现对滚转角的测量。通过高精度三轴速率转台的飞行仿真实验结果表明,该滚转角磁测系统能够实时准确地解算出载体滚转角,测量误差保持在 3度以内,具有较强的可行性和较高的测试精度。该滚转角磁测系统具有体积小、测量误差不随时间积累等优点,为旋转弹的滚转角测量提出了新的思路,具有一定的工程应用价值。

The Design of Roll Angle Magnetic Measurement System Used in Spinning Projectiles
Abstract:Aiming at the problem when measured vector is in high spin motion environment, the conventional strap-down inertial measurement has lower accuracy and much error of the testing rolling angle, the article introduces a new type of magnetic roll angle measurement system based on pure geomagnetic field information, the system can realize the roll measurement based on the theory of measuring attitude by geomagnetic field and calculating core of embedded microcontroller STM32F415. Through a triaxial turntable experiment results show that, that the magnetic roll angle measurement system can real-time calculate the roll angle of vehicle and keep measurement error within 3 degrees, using magneto-resistive sensor for measuring rolling angle is high feasible and high accuracy, Magnetic measurement system has the advantage of small volume and does not has accumulate error with time, it presents a new idea and has a certain project value for the roll angle measurement of the spinning projectile.
