摘    要:为研究不同纤维掺加方式下混凝土冻融损伤的相关性能,选取钢-聚丙烯纤维混凝土进行快速冻融循环试验。试验结果表明:混凝土抗冻性能随纤维掺加方式不同而有差异,纤维混凝土损伤随冻融循环次数的增加逐渐积累,动弹性模量、抗压强度、抗折强度也不断下降,层布式混杂纤维成型混凝土抗冻损伤劣化性能更优。结合评价指标分析了纤维混凝土的劣化过程,通过SEM分析了其微观结构;对比分析,层布式混杂纤维混凝土的抗冻性较整体式混杂纤维混凝土好。

Abstract:In order to study the related properties of freeze-thaw damage of concrete under different fiber addition methods,the steel-polypropylene fiber reinforced concrete was selected for rapid freeze-thaw cycle test.The test results show the frost resistance performance of concrete is different with the addition of fiber,with the increase of the number of freeze-thaw cycles,the damage of fiber concrete accumulates gradually,the dynamic elastic modulus,compressive strength and flexural strength continue to decrease,and the frost damage and deterioration in performance of the laminated composite fiber reinforced concrete is better.The deterioration process of fiber reinforced concrete is analyzed in combined with evaluation index,and its microstructure is analyzed by SEM.Comparative analysis shows that the frost resistance of the laminated composite fiber reinforced concrete is better than that of integral hybrid fiber reinforced concrete.
