醛改性聚丙烯酰胺干强剂在生活用纸中的应用研究

摘    要:针对目前我国生活用纸生产中长纤维占较大生产成本的问题,研发出一种用于生活用纸中减少长纤维用量的造纸化学品TPM105。该造纸化学品采用醛改性聚丙烯酰胺来制备。研究表明:TPM105具有减少长纤维用量,增强抗张强度的作用;随着TPM105用量的增加,纸张的干抗张强度呈上升趋势;同时TPM105可提高湿抗张强度,具有暂时湿强的作用,可减少湿强剂的用量。TPM105工厂应用表明:用量4%时,在减少长纤维用量25%的情况下,可保持抗张强度不下降。
