摘    要:建立了离子色谱测定蔗糖中微量亚硫酸根(SO_2)残留量的方法。选择体积分数为1%的甲醛为亚硫酸盐的稳定剂。在 IonPac AS11分析柱上以8.0 mmol/L 的 NaOH 为淋洗液,进行抑制电导检测。结果表明,亚硫酸盐的浓度与其峰面积在0.25~5.0 mg/L 范围内呈良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.9990,检出限为0.05mg/ L。回收率92.5%~95.0%,RSD<3.3%(n=5),该法用于实际样品的分析,结果令人满意。

Abstract:An ion exchange chromatography method was established to measure trace sulfite (SO_2) in sugar. 1% (V/V) formaldehyde was selected as a stabilizing agent of sulfite.Chromatographic separation was performed on an Ionpac AS11X11 column 8 mmol/L NaOH with eluent at 1.0 mL/min with suppressed conductively detec- tion Chromatography.The results demonstrated that the linear range was 0.25~5.0 mg/L with a detection limit of 0.05 mg/L for sulfite.The different spiked levels were ranged from 92.5% to 95.0% with RSDs below 3.2% (n=5).The method can be applied to the determination of sulfur dioxide with satisfactory results.
