摘    要:直接使用粉末样品,用便携式能量色散X射线荧光光谱仪测定土壤样品中的Cu、、Zn、Pb、Rb、Nb和Th等6种元素。使用土壤、水系沉积物标准样品建立校准曲线,用铑靶Kα线的康普顿散射线作为内标校正基体效应。方法简便、快速、准确。除Th精密度为13%外,各组分分析的精密度(RSD,n=12)均小于6%,完全能满足化探样品测定的要求。

Abstract:A X-Ray fluorescence spectrometric method has been developed for the rapid determination of Cu,Pb,Zn,Rb,Nb and Th six elements in the clay samples with the powder sample by Minipal 4 portable energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometer.The calibration curves were established using the clay,and stream sediment standard samples.The matrix effect was corrected using Rh target Kα.line Compton scattering line as internal standard.The method is simple,rapid and accurate.The analysis precision of every component was small than(RSD,N=12)6% except Th 13%.The precision and accuracy of the method can met the need in geochemical prospecting samples with precision.
