| Abstract: | Starting from the meaning of cost control of construction enterprise, this paper specifically analyzes main factors influencing cost control, and puts forward cost control measures for construction enterprise at project construction phase from four aspects of organization, technology, economy and contract, with a view to realize the maximum economic benefit of construction enterprise. |
