Deliberation on the Application of upstream Pumping Mechanical Seal

The failure reason of mechanical seal for gas recovery compressor was analyzed and recommended. The upstream pumping mechanical seal was substituted for o-riginal seal structure in reformation, and was a success. By means of analysis and calculation on the principle of upstream pumping mechanical seal, explained that the upstream pumping seal was a very effective seal structure for refinery gas recovery compressor; the property of the seal was stable and reliable; the energy consumption was low; the service life was long and could realize the long period operation of gas compressor.
