| Abstract: | The requirements for trivalent chromium plating process are much stricter than those for hexavalent chromium plating process. BH-88 trivalent chromium sulfate plating process was chosen. The analysis methods of the concentrations of trivalent chromium, boric acid and auxiliary agent in the plating bath were introduced, which provides a necessary conditions for maintaining the process stability. |
