空调冷水系统的仿真数学模型及实验分析

摘    要:引入稳态流体管网的解算方法,建立了翅片管表冷换热器、板式换热器的数值传热模型,利用FORTRAN语言编制了相应程序。基于实验室的空调系统,在冬季供暖工况下对该模型进行了验证,模拟值与实测值的误差在10%以内。在不同工况下对系统热力特性进行了数值模拟,得到了热源侧供水温度、空调机组进风温度以及用户侧流量三者与系统换热量的函数关系,对空调系统的节能控制策略提供了参考。

Abstract:Incorporating the theory of steady state fluid networks, this paper developed mathematical models for fin-and-tube heat exchangers and plate exchangers. And the computer program was designed based on FORTRAN. By comparing with the experimental data of the air conditioning system in the laboratory, it's verified that the error of simulation data was less than 10% in the heating condition. Numerical simulation under various operating modes reflected the impact of supply water temperature on the primary-side, inlet air temperature of air handling unit (AHU) and the flow rate on the heat transfer rate. These conclusions are expected to offer guidance for the control strategies of air conditioning systems.
