电网调度自动化系统前置集群虚拟网关设计及应用

摘    要:调度自动化系统是现代电网调度运行管理的核心组成部分,对电网安全、稳定、经济运行起到了重要的作用。随着智能电网调度技术支持系统的全面升级,接入系统的大量远动终端(RTU)需完成配套工作,通过研究多前置系统集群虚拟网关关键技术,开发满足二次安防和实时冗余性能的专用集群虚拟网关,解决了当前的系统完成升级面临的大量RTU地址变更、RTU应对多前置系统负载过高、调度自动化前置系统负载不均衡、多前置系统切换冗余可靠性等问题。

Abstract:Dispatching automation system is the core of modern power grid dispatching operation management, which is important to the safe, stable and economical operation of the power grid. With the all-round upgrade of the smart grid dispatching support system, auxiliary work of numerous remote terminals connected to the system need be completed. This paper has solved the problems with system update, e.g., large numbers of remote terminal address changes faced, excess multi-front system load of remote terminal, unbalanced load of dispatching automation front system and redundant reliability of multi-front system switching by researching the key technologies of multifront system cluster virtual gateway and developing the special cluster virtual gateway that satisfies secondary security and real-time redundant performance.
