我国炼油企业节能潜力分析及技术措施

摘    要:介绍了我国炼油企业能耗的现状;分析了炼油企业能耗高的原因;指出了我国炼油企业应采取的重点节能技术及措施,如催化裂化装置降低生焦能耗和能量回收技术、加热炉提高热效率技术、装置间热联合和低温热利用技术、蒸汽动力系统优化及凝结水回收技术、炼厂气燃气发电机组节能技术及热电联产技术、夹点技术优化换热网络及减少用水量等.

Abstract:The energy consumption level of China refining industry is discussed and causes of high energy consumption are analyzed. The main technologies and technical measures needed to be adopted are proposed, such as FCCU coke make reduction technology and power recovery technology,fired heater heat efficiency improvement technology,thermal combination and low-temperature heat recovery technology, steam power optimization and condensate water recovery technology, energy saving technology for refinery gas power generation train and co-generation technology, "pinch point" technology for heat exchange train and water saving technology etc.
