电机蜗杆断裂分析

摘    要:采用光学显微镜、直读光谱仪、扫描电镜和电子能谱仪等检测方法,分析了电机蜗杆的断裂原因.结果表明,钢中硫化物类夹杂物是造成该电机蜗杆在周期应力作用下疲劳断裂的主要原因,同时提出了重新选材的建议.

Abstract:The causes of worm fracture were analyzed by optical microscope, direct reading spectrometer, scanning electron microscope and election diffraction spectrometer. The results show that the sulphide inclusions in the steel are main reasons causing the worm fatigue fracture under cyclic stress. Proposals for selecting right materials are put forward.
