| 摘 要： | 分析了供丝小车在运行中存在的飘落烟丝的问题,并给出了解决方法:在每个加料口前方加装一个毛刷,在箱体后边缘上部和导轨两侧水平方向上各加装2个风嘴,利用压缩空气和毛刷自动清理每个小车表面的烟丝。改进后使用效果良好,解决了小车在运行中飘落烟丝的问题,改善了生产现场的环境。

| Abstract: | The problem of cut tobacco drop from running feed dolly was analyzed, and the solution was given: (installing) a brush in front of feed inlet, adding two air jets on the upper rear edge of the container and two jets horizontally on both sides of tracks. The cut tobacco on the surface of dolly would be cleaned by compressed air and brush automatically. The problem of cut tobacco drop from running feed dolly was then resolved and the environment of workshop was improved. |
