盘式制动器振动特性的研究

摘    要:利用有限元分析软件对盘式制动器的主要零件进行了模态分析,得到了各阶振型和频率。进而分析了发生共振的可能性,提出了改进方案,并结合模态试验的方法验证了仿真分析的准确性,对生产实践具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:Modal analysis of some main components of disc brakes are carried out with finite element analysis software,and the natural frequency and the vibration mode of each order are obtained.In addition,the possibility of resonance is analysed and the improvement scheme is proposed.At last,the simulation accuracy is verified by modal tests.The study has some guidance significance for practical productions.
