井下防爆胶轮车液力传动系统参数优化

摘    要:提出井下防爆胶轮车液力传动系统参数优化的评价指标,包括车辆驱动功率的损失率和普通工况下的平均燃油消耗率。在此基础上,提出了一种井下防爆胶轮车液力系统参数区间的优化方法,并以WC8井下防爆胶轮车传动系统为例,验证了该优化方法。结果表明,该方法行之有效。

Abstract:The paper proposes evaluation indexes for parametric optimization of hydrodynamic transmission systems of explosion-proof rubber-tired vehicles,which includes the loss rate of driving power and the average fuel consumption rate in common operation modes.On this basis,it proposes a method of optimizing the range of parameters of the hydrodynamic transmission system in explosion-proof rubber-tired vehicles,and takes hydrodynamic transmission system of WC8 explosion-proof rubber-tired vehicle as an example to ...
