白钨浮选中精选工段浓浆高温脱药工艺的研究

摘    要:栾川的浮钼尾矿含有大量的白钨矿,近年来已开始工业化回收。回收多采用常温粗选—粗精矿浓缩—浓浆高温脱药—常温精选工艺,即改良的彼得罗夫法。通过实验室试验对浓浆高温脱药工艺进行了研究,探讨了浓浆高温脱药工艺的最佳药剂制度和生产条件。

Abstract:Recovery of scheelite has been industrialized from tailings of molybdenum flotation in Luanchuan,the process flow of rough flotation in ambient temperature-thickening of rough separated slurry-dereagent from the thickened slurry in high temperature-cleaning flotation of scheelite in ambient temperature is usually used,which is named as improved method of Peter Rudolf.The paper studies the dereagent from the thickened slurry in high temperature in laboratory,and discusses the best regent system and productio...
