基于案例推理的磨矿过程粒度设定方法研究

摘    要:磨矿过程特性复杂,传统建模方法难以对磨矿粒度进行优化设定。提出采用案例推理方法对磨矿粒度进行优化设定,避免了难以对磨矿过程建立精确数学模型的问题;并应用到酒钢选矿厂磨矿流程中,粒度设定值与实测值对比结果表明,该方法效果较好。

Abstract:Due to the complexity of grinding operations,traditional modeling methods are hard to set optimal particle size.In the paper,a case-based reasoning method is proposed to set the optimal particle size,which avoids the difficulties in the precise establishment of mathematical models.The method is applied to the grinding operation in the concentration plant of Jiuquan Steel Group,the comparison results between the preset particle size and measured one verify the feasibility of the method.
