| 摘 要： | 通过对上海某办公大厦建筑周边、外观、内表和功能的现状调研，考虑性能与经济等综合问题，从窗墙比、构造形式、外窗等方面对建筑物进行改造，达到了节能率60％的目标，可为同类工程提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | After survey and research of context, shape, internal surface and function of an office building in Shanghai, retrofit is carried on the aspects of proportion between window and wall, structural form and external window, with general consideration of performance and economic efficiency. The 60% energy saving objective is successfully reached, providing references for similar projects. |
