生物法合成异丁酰胺的研究

摘    要:研究了生物法合成异丁酰胺的方法。采用腈水合酶催化异丁腈与水反应合成异丁酰胺,在20℃,发酵液体积分数为2.5%(v%)的条件下,获得最大反应速度为17.85714 mol(L.h),此时异丁腈的最大浓度约为0.18 mol/L。通过对反应液进行膜分离、精制和结晶,获得异丁酰胺的纯度大于99.9%,产品收率在98%以上。根据研究结果,生物法合成异丁酰胺具有产品收率高和纯度大的特点,适合生产高纯度异丁酰胺。

Abstract:Isobutyramide is prepared by biosynthesis method in this study.The reaction of isobutyronitrile and H2O is catalyzed by nitrile hydratase.The maximum reaction rate(17.85714 mol/L·h) can be obtained under the following conditions:20℃ of the temperature,2.5%(v%) of the concentration of fermented liquid and about 0.18 mol/L of maximum concentration of isobutyronitrile.After membrane separation,purification and crystallization,the purity and the yield of isobutyramide are above 99.9% and above 98%,respectively.Based on this result,it indicates that the biosynthesis method is characterized by producing isobutyramide with high yield and high purity,which is suitable for the production of isobutyronitrile with high purity.
