摘    要:中国人寿研发中心F-05地块(数据中心)工程是国内首个模块式服务器机房,建筑形式复杂,夹层错层多,机电专业管线全部集中在相邻模块之间的走廊中。专业多、图纸多、可利用空间小成为数据中心服务器机房深化设计的重点与难点。利用Autodesk Revit系列软件建立建筑信息模型(BIM)解决机电管线综合排布问题,通过观察与实行碰撞检查找出工程中全部交叉点,并按方便施工、布置合理的原则对机电管线进行深化设计。通过深化设计,对各机电各专业管线、设备进行整体规划,使管线的安装工作顺利完成。

Abstract:China Life Center F-05 Block( Data Center ) project is the first modular server room in China, Architectural complex forms, Split-level much interlayer,the electrical and mechanical professional pipeline are all concentrated in the corridor between adjacent modules.The emphasis and difficulty of data center server room designing is a lot professional, many drawings,and small space can be used. Using Autodesk Revit software establishment of building information modeling ( BIM ) to solve the problem of comprehensive pipeline arrangement of electrical and mechanical. Through the observation and the collision check out all the intersection points, and in accordance with the convenience of construction, reasonable arrangement principle of electrical pipeline design. Through deepening design,we can overall planning the professional mechanical and electrical pipeline and equipment,so that the pipeline installation completed successfully.
