超高超限模板支撑体系施工技术

摘    要:中国人寿研发中心F-05地块(数据中心)工程模板支撑体系采用碗扣式脚手架支撑体系,支撑高度为8.0~18.3m,梁最大跨度为18m。施工中通过支撑架选用,立杆的选取及排布,后浇带支设,凌空独立梁模板支撑架支设,支撑架质量控制等步骤,安全、经济地搭设完成了20余处超高模板支撑体系,为同类工程提供了经验。

Abstract:The formwork support system of China Life Center F-05 Block ( Data Center ) project adopts cuplock scaffold support system with 8.0-18.3m supporting height and maximum beam span of 18m. During construction, more than 20 super-high formwork support systems are safely and economically established through various procedures, including selection of support frame, selection and arrangement of erecting pole, supporting of post-pouring belt, erection of support frame for overhead single-beam formwork and quality control of support frame, abundant experiences are provided for similar projects.
