摘    要:以丙氨酸和水杨酸为络合剂和燃料,采用凝胶燃烧法制备了锂离子电池正极材料尖晶石LiMn2O4粉体.对凝胶前驱体及烧结产品进行了TG-DTA、XRD分析;通过循环伏安、交流阻抗及充放电测试对该产品的电极过程动力学性质及充放电性能进行了表征.结果表明,该方法烧结温度低、时间短,制备的产品为纯相尖晶石结构;不同电位下溶液电阻、膜电容均保持稳定,Li 扩散系数为10-12~10-10 cm2/s.该材料具有较好的充放电性能.

Abstract:As a cathode material for Li-ion battery,Spinel LiMn2O4 was prepared by gel combustion method with Ala and salicylic acid as additives.The gel precursor and sintered products were investigated by TG-DTA,XRD.The electrochemical dynamics and electrochemical properties of the sample were studied by CV,EIS,charge and discharge tests.The results showed that the pure spinel LiMn2O4 were successfully prepared by using this method at a low sinter temperature and short time.Resistance of the electrolyte and capacitance in the surface film kept stabilization under different potentials.The diffusion coefficient of Li was in the range of 10-12~10-10 cm2/s.The products had good charge and discharge performance.
