中小型食品企业质量管理体系建立研究

本文以某生产酱腌菜的食品企业为研究对象,通过对该企业质量管理体系存在问题的剖析,对目前中小型食品企业普遍存在的问题进行了探讨。采用ISO9000的运行原理,建立了适合于中小型食品企业发展阶段质量管理体系模式,为提高中小型食品企业管理提供了有力参考。

Application of the Quality Management System on Small and Medium sized Food Enterprises

In this paper, the object was some pickle-produced enterprise. The paper discussed the general problems existed in the quality management system on small and medium-sized enterprises. Specific quality management system was established for small and medium-sized enterprises using ISO9000 principles, which offered an effective reference to the food enterprises.
