南水北调东线工程山东段生态安全评价

采用工程沿线勘察、社会调查、文献资料法，获取南水北调东线工程山东段生态安全方面的数据，建立了生态安全评价13项指标体系，确立了评价指标权重；采用层次分析法（AHP法），对南水北调东线工程山东段生态安全作出了量化评价。结果表明：2002年调水前，南四湖、东平湖流域生态分别为很不安全、临界安全等级，海河、沂沭河流域生态为不安全等级；调水后的2010年，南四湖、沂沭河流域生态为临界安全等级，东平湖、海河流域为较安全等级。

Evaluation of Ecological Security on Shandong Province in the Eastern Route of the South-to-North Water Transfer Project

Data on ecological security of Shandong Province in the Eastern Route of the South-to-North Water Transfer Project are got by the exploration along the transfer route, social survey and reference materials. Thirteen evaluation index systems and the weight of the evaluation indexes were established. The quantitive evaluation in Shandong Province is given by the way of AHP. It showed that the ecological security grade of Nansihu Lake area was at stake, Dongpinghu Lake area was at critical, the area of Haihe River and Yishuhe River were not safe, before transferred water in 2002. The area of Nansihu Lake and Yishuhe River are at critical safe, the area of Dongpinghu and Haihe River are relatively safe after transferred water in 2010.
