长江河道采砂可行性论证问题研究

摘    要:长江河道采砂活动将影响采砂河段的河床冲淤变化规律,采砂不当会引起河势调整,对采砂河段的防洪安全、航道安全、通航环境安全及水生态与环境等可能带来一定的影响。以武汉经济技术开发区神龙公司第三工厂一期场平工程吹填采砂可行性论证为例,对采砂可行性论证中的若干关键问题进行了相应的研究,并针对目前采砂可行性论证中存在的问题提出今后的研究方向。

Abstract:Sand mining activities has obvious impact on the rules of changes of sediment scouring and concentration. Improper sand mining activities cause changes of fiver regime, moreover negative impact on flood safety, navigation and ecosystem and water environment. The case of sand mining feasibility study conducted for Phase-Ⅰ project of Third Factory of Shenlong Corp. in Wuhan Economic and Technology Development Zone provides a base for the study of key issues related to appraisal. Future studies are suggested for problems existed in current feasibility studies of sand mining.
